Fertility Tracking: It is designed to see when you are most fertility. So you keep track of your menstrual bleeding and then check your temperature each morning. When your temperature rises it means you are about to ovulate.

Record of menses: An ovulation calendar is a record of the days of the menstrual cycle with symptoms. For most women, cervical mucous appears d 12-13 of a natural cycle. At ovulation there may be a mild ovarian cramp or pain day 13-15. Ups and downs of mood develop along with swings in ovarian hormones.
