Not usually but it c: Most early stage breast cancers present as a painless lump. But pain itself does not mean much . It is the presence of a lump when you feel your breast with the flat part of your fingers that should alert you to a possibility of breast cancer. Any lump means that you need to see your doctor for examination in order to confirm it and guide you further.
