Breast cancer, when caught early, is very treatable and often curable. There are many factors that affect the cure rate-like the type of breast cancer (some types are more aggressive than others), location of the tumor, whether or not the tumor is susceptible to chemotherapy, etc. So, a doctor who knows more about the specific tumor can advise about prognosis. Best of luck to you!
