Cancer is unlikely: Cancer is unlikely in your age group and rarely hurts. It could be a poorly fitted bra or some other irritant. Are you doing regular self exams? If so, do you feel anything different? It is most likely trauma. You could have some fibrocystic change which is benign and doesn't increase the risk of cancer but does cause pain usually in the 2nd half of the cycle and is made worse with caffeine.
