No: You should be out of your soft contact lens for a couple of weeks prior to surgery (and even longer if you wear hard contacts).

Contacts and LASIK: It is important to not wear contact lenses prior to the exams performed to determine whether a patient is eligible for lasik, and especially prior to the tests used to determine how much to treat with lasik. But - once these tests are completed, patients can wear contact lenses up until the time of lasik surgery. I will mention that i know some doctors do not recommend this.
