Possible, not likely: It obviously depends on any complications, such as endometritis, salpingitis, endometrial scarring (asherman syndrome) during or after the abortion - in general it is not common for women to become infertile after an abortion, although it is not unheard of.

Yes : An abortion itself should not affect infertility. But it is possible to have an infection from the procedure. That can cause scarring in the uterus and potentially damage the fallopian tubes. That is why it is common to be placed on 2 weeks of antibiotics after the procedure. Usually there is no affect!
