See your doctor: Problems like these can only be correctly handled by your doctor in person. He/she needs to listen to you, perform an examination and possibly run labs or other tests. That's the only way he/she can find out what's going on and what to do about it.

See a Dentist: It is likely a mucoid cyst, if located on the inside of the cheek or lips. It is not generally associated with infection, so antibiotics would have no effect. If it continues to reoccur, sometimes it will require the cyst to be removed. Since your cyst recurs and appears to be blood filled, i would recommend having your dentist check it out. If the cyst occurs on the gums, a dentist is a must.
