A member asked:

Tylenol (acetaminophen) is not helping my costochondritis. what else should i do?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Aspirin: Costochondritis is a self-limiting condition that, if left alone, will go away. Symptoms are usually managed quite effectively using Aspirin or other nsaid's. I have had some success using topical nsaid's as well, such as voltaren gel or flector patches (diclofenac).
