Maybe: Unless the first test was a lab error or if your daughter didn't fast properly, the sugar shouldn't be elevated. It's important to get this tested to be completely sure. The only way to know is to proceed with the testing. The two hour test is one way to confirm pre-diabetes or diabetes.
