Yes: The cornerstone of treatment for fatty liver disease is weight and daily exercise. Each have been shown to help. You should get a fasting cholesterol and liver profile checked. Also, cutting down on any alcohol will help. Typically, i would recheck these labs in 2-3 months after these lifestyle changes have been made.

Weight loss is key: Most cases are due to overweight. Increase physical activity, decrease alcohol (even cut out for the time being), cut out junk, lose weight. U lost 20 lbs, but is there more to go. Don't need to starve or be super skinny. Follow up in about 6-8 weeks, so you stay on track.
