Likely OK: After an endometrial ablation, you can feel cramping, have a watery discharge & light bleeding. This often tapers-off over days from when the procedure was performed. You should alert your gyn if you have any worsening cramping/pain; fever; nausea/vomiting; not improving. If ever any doubts, contact your gyn. You seem to be far out enough from surgery to be ok, but i'd contact my gyn to review.
