Conceive a Boy: The only proven method to conceive a boy is go through a process of gender selection (see web site www.Gender-select.Com). Historically in ancient greece they cut off one testicle, and outside of causing severe pain didn't improve the odds. Recently people have followed dr. Shettles method, but i see many people who have failed. With over 30 years history gender selection has a 70% track record.

PGD: The other main option is for patient who undergo ivf fertility treatment. One can also do genetic testing of the embryos as well as know whether the embryo is a boy or girl before using it. However that is very specialized treatment that requires a lot of discussion.

Conceive a son: The alternative method to conceive a son is to go through the process of ivf combined with pgd so that you have only 1 or 2 male embryos transferred. The process is 99% successful if you conceive, and the process is expensive. Our success rate is close to the success rate of conceiving a son after sperm separation and insemination.
