Not usually: Yellow sclerae may indicate jaundice, that results from liver problems as well as some other causes. Please check with your primary care physician, who can also get some important lab studies to help determine what this means in you. There are some self-limiting congenital liver conditions (such as gilbert's syndrome) that can lead to yellow sclerae with fatigue.
