Get glasses: Most squinting is an attempt to see better. Glasses would end the need to squint.

A thought: When you squint, the muscles surrounding your eyeballs compress it and make it change shape. This changes where the light entering your eyes hits your retina. That means you need glasses (that do it passively) to see better. If you don't get glasses just accept you will always squint.
