Coservative/ surgery: It depend on the csuse, we usually strat with diagnosis then the treatment: the treatment medication(advil) or some like it. Physical therapy (traction ultrasound, massage, electerical stimulation, hot packs and more). Rest pain medicne comprehensive rehabilitation programs o injections nerve blocks numb certain nerves. If did not help we consider surgery.
