See doctor: You need to have ankle and foot x-rays taken to make sure you don;t have a fracture. Likely, you should be in a brace at bare minimum. Ice, rest, elevation and antiinflammatories can all help.

FRACTURE: Falling off a curb could have resulted in severely turning the ankle. A fifth metatarsal fracture should be ruled out w/ x-rays. Maybe ankle x-rays also. Dr. Latva

Be seen: Would definitely want to be seen and have an xray to rule out a fracture or other serious injury.
