See your doctor: This is a problem that necessitates a face-to-face meeting with your doctor. This will allow him/her to examine you, ask specific questions. And possibly order tests to find out what's wrong and what to do to help you.

Three options:: You can live with it. Next you could try yag laser, and last vitrectomy. You need an exam to establish that it is the floaters that are the cause of your concern. Remember there are risks with every surgical procedure, but vitrectomy is considered safe in good hands. Beware of cataracts. Be sure to get dilated exam to check for retinal tears too.
