Let me explain: Most likely you have back problem show in one leg and know the problem spread little more to effect the nerve to other leg and other reasons could be the cuase.

See below: If you have pain in one leg from an injury and that pain radiates to the other leg, the source of the pain has to be from the spine such as a disc herniation, spine fracture with inflammation or other issue with the spinal column. See your doctor asap.
