Maybe!: Euflexxa (1% sodium hyaluronate) is used to relieve knee pain due to osteoarthritis. It is used for patients who do not get enough relief from simple pain medications such as nsaids or from exercise and physical therapy. I beleive benefits are not great considering the cost and need for injections. Also, if you have inflammation, cortisone should be tried first. I generally do not use these drugs.

Possibly: If your orthopaedic surgeon identified arthritis in your knee at the time of your knee surgery, then euflexxa or one of the other "visco-supplementation" injections can be very effective. This should be done in conjunction with physical therapy and regular knee conditioning exercises.
