A member asked:

My father has jaundice in his eyes, what could it be?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Likely liver related: The first thought in an adult would be an acute hepatitis (liver infection) that prevents the breakdown of metabolic wastes by the liver & they back up in the blood, leading to jaundice. Other forms of liver disease, poor function are other possibilities. All deserve a visit to the doctor.
