NO: While diluted 3% hydrogen peroxide is sometimes used to treat or soothe gum problems, sores and cuts in your mouth, it will do nothing to help a toothache. In fact, it may make things worse. You need to see a dentist to determine the cause of your toothache and suggest appropriate treatment.
