My lymphocyte percent is higher than my neutrophil percent is this from a disease process ?

Lymphocyte count: What is your total white count? Absolute neutrophil count and absolute lymphocyte count? We need to know them before answering question. Slightly lymphocytosis can be seen with viral infections or pertussis but if you have predominant lymphocytosis, than it could be a clonal blood disorder like cll and will need further testing by a test called peripheral blood flow cytometry.
