INCREASE EJACULATE: The ejaculate is composed of prostatic fluids 80%, and seminal vessicle fluids including sperm the rest. Some prostate medications can decrease the amount of fluids ejaculated or keep it from coming out all together.

Semen: Most of the fluid in semen comes from the prostate (80-85%). If the prostate is blocked or inflammed that can cause the fluid to be low. If you do not ejaculate for a few days, that can also increase the fluid volume. There are many medications that can also decrease your semen volume.
