Maybe maybe not: Pregnancy is the most common cause for missed menses and i would recommend rechecking a home pregnancy test or have one done with your ob/gyn. Another consideration is the development of anovulatory cycles which can occur with age and with certain medical conditions. This should be addressed. Anovulatory cycles can lead to overgrowth of the uterine lining and increase risk of uterine cancer.
