Several options: Hashimoto's disease can lead to hypothyroidism which is treated with replacement thyroid hormone (http://goo.Gl/fzdjk). There can also be a hyperthyroid phase of the disease, which sometimes is treated with beta blockers. Sometimes radioiodine is used. Symptoms like these deserve a full evaluation in person by your health care provider.
