Difficult: Some drugstores and oculists sell a liquid that can be brushed over the lens, and if the scratch is superficial enough it might work. But I am told by my optometrist friend that most scratches are permanent, particularly in plastic lenses, and if the scratch is significant enough to interfere with your vision you'll just have to replace the lens.
