Absolutely: You most certainly have breast augmentation with inverted nipples. The nipples will stay inverted, unless you want that corrected as well. (it is an easy procedure) good luck from nyc.

Yes: Nipple inversion occurs in about 5% of women. In most patients the nipple inversion is corrected with a breast augmentation. When the implant is placed over the muscle the correction is more than if the implant is placed under the muscle. The benefits of placing the implant under the muscle are greater than over the muscle, so more has to be done to correct the nipple inversion.

Yes!: Typically a small procedure is performed on the nipple to project it and the implant is placed. This is typically a great aesthetic improvement.

Yes: Inverted nipples may make breast feeding difficult and in the proper context may be associated with cancer usually it is a benign condition and should not prevent getting breast augmentation. A consultation with a plastic surgeon and a thorough examination are advisable.
