UV filter is good: The uv filter blocks ultraviolet light, and is standard in most sunglasses. This helps to protect the eyes / lids from damaging effects of uv, which can lead to skin cancer, cataract, and macular degeneration. Visually, the filter is clear and helps reduce haziness in certain outside situations (polarizing is even better at this). Anti-reflective coatings are optional, and sometimesu problematic.
