What does a muscle strength test show from the point of view of massage therapist?

Where your knots are: Muscle strength; or lack thereof, will tell your massage therapist where you need "work". He/she can pinpoint where the 'kinks' are; and prescribe an appropriate course of treatment to restore proper muscle function. Enjoy the rub!

Focus sites: Muscle strength testing aids in where to focus the massage, thus can aid the client and therapist about goals. Thus areas of need can be identified such as for range of motion and pain.
