Same as with two.: If you are ovulating and at least one of your tubes is working, your fertility depends only on your age and the frequency/timing of vaginal intercourse. Take Folic Acid 1-5 mg daily, do not take Clomid (clomiphene) and good luck!

The same: If a patient has one tube and is ovulating, her pregnancy rate is the same as that of a woman with two tubes, age being dependent. I took care of a woman who had four pregnancies with a left tube and right ovary only. You don't need Clomid (clomiphene) unless you were taking it for ovulation difficulties previously.
