More than massage: I suspect you need more than massage to deal with this. The first is evaluation by a musculoskeltal specialist to determine the most likely source of pain. Not all pain is from muscles. Following that a more active form of therapy such as pt may be of more help. Massage has been shown to be effective for various conditions but no one therapy works for everything.
