Not by itself: Often, when a filling 'falls out', a tooth has cracked in such a way as to release the filling suddenly. Another common reason is underlying decay removes the retentive parts of the tooth that held the filling in place allowing it to fall out. You need to get to a dentist and have it evaluated for treatment options.

No: You will need another filling. If the tooth is not repaired, the hole can enlarge or the tooth can fracture. See a dentist to have the tooth repaired.

No: Enamel and dentin are not like skin tissue and heal on their own. When a filling comes out, decay quickly begin and gets bigger. If it is not repaired again with another filling, the decay can reach the nerve and then you will feel a toothache type pain and will require a root canal to save the tooth. Get it fixed asap!

Tooth abscess: The opening will not close. It will just get worse. Eventually the tooth could get an abscess and require root canal to save or extraction.

Bad things and no: It will worsen over time, the tooth may crack, and decay may continue to the nerve and cause an abscess, requiring root canal treatment and a crown. It will not close. Get in to see the Dentist and get it restored as soon as possible. Good Luck.

See a dentist: A cavity cannot heal on its own. See a dentist for x-ray, examination and treatment.

Um, no: If carious lesions repaired themselves spontaneously, then there would be no need for dentists, right? You'll need to see one to fix this tooth any any other teeth that have problems.
