Probably not : If the first shot was given during the first 5 days during your last period then the possibility of you being pregnant is low. Change in bleeding pattern/ irregular period/ no bleeding at all is common with Depo-Provera shot. If you think you may be pregnant see your for evaluation. Talk with your doctor about calcium + vit d supplementation to help prevent bone loss. Practice safe sex, use condoms.
