Fever and rash: You could be experiencing a feature of a viral illness or a drug rash. More history and an exam would be required to be sure.

Roseola: These are typical signs and symptoms of roseola - the body rash appears after the fever is gone. Was the antibiotic given for a concurrent ear infection (happens commonly with roseola)? I doubt this is a drug allergy. The appearance of the rash heralds the end of the illness. She will be fine in a couple of days.
