Go to L&D: Go and get rechecked. Your pain may be ligament pain but if you are over 38 weeks, contracting, & 4 cm dilated, it's easy to admit you, augment labor if needed & more importantly - provide comfort and reassurance that all is well with your pregnancy. Good luck.
