Hi, i had a xray done back in may that show a shadow on my kidney. i then had an ultrasound done that reveal nothing at all. what could it be?

Nothing, likely!: There are many reasons for a shadow on an x-ray. The ultrasound trumps the x-ray. You have no masses, normal size kidneys, and no renal stones, or evidence for obstruction, all of which is good news!
