Since a boy, my left eye min 2.5 and my right eye is normal, but i never wear glasses. could it be worse(cause severe problem) if i never wear it?

No: At this point, it will not cause a problem although the near sighted eye may have mild amblyopia (lazy eye) due to not being corrected as a child.
