Complex cyst: Where is it? In liver, kidney or ovaries. Each different organ means different possibilities. Complex cyst in ovaries mostly means internal bleeding, and needs to be repeated in few weeks. Kidney and liver complex cysts might need to be followed by ct or mri. Please talk to your doctor.
