Probably not.: I would look for other reasons for imbalance. Allergy can be related to migraine, meniere's disease, and eustachian tube dysfunction. Eustachian tube dysfunction can make your ears feel full, but i don't feel it's an explanation for imbalance.

Indirectly : Severe nasal congestion caused by nasal allergy, respiratory tract infections and other causes can block the tube that goes to the inner ear. This can affect the inner ear causing dizziness. Viral infections can directly affect the inner ear. There can be many other causes of loss of balance. You should consult your physician as soon as possible as some of the other causes that can be serious.
