More info needed: viral infections can cause symptoms similar to environmental allergy (sneezing, nasal drainage and congestion) with nausea and sore throat. Severe allergy with post nasal drainage can cause sore throat, albeit generally mild in comparison and usually more due to cough. Could be pollen-food allergy syndrome whereby allergy-antibody against pollens cross reacts with certain foods.
