Need more details: Back pain related side effects to what? If u are asking whether there are long term long ted sequelae to lbp, then it depends on the cause of back pain, ie disc bulge, compression fracture, muscular strain, cancer, etc. Back pain by itself can lead to altered gait, alignment of back/pelvis/hips, and posture which can lead to injuries and pain in other areas. Please elaborate on your question.
