Eat healthy fats!: If you're trying to gain weight, do it in a healthy fashion. Don't eat junk, but rather add healthy fats to your diet. Drizzle a teaspoon (or two) of olive oil on your veggies or salad. Add avocado to everything! snack on nuts. Put peanut butter on toast or just have a spoon full of natural pb as a snack. Also try to add some muscle mass by strength training. Muscle is healthy weight.
