What over-the-counter medication can i take in early pregnancy for a uti?

Would not: Do not take otc medications without seeing your obstetrician, having a specific diagnosis made and discussing options at length. Do this for yourself and for the sake of the baby. Get better soon.

None: Over the counter medications may alleviate some of the symptoms of urinary tract infections, but a symptomatic infection needs to be treated with culture specific antibiotics. In a pregnant female, the presence of bacteria in the urine needs to be treated even if there are no other symptoms. Your physician can arrange for routine screening tests to determine if bacteria or infection is present.
