Unlikely: In the elderly, the combination of memory loss, gait ataxia and urinary incontinence point at normal pressure hydrocephalus (nph). The combination of urinary and bowel incontinence may be seen with a spinal cord lesion e.g. Syrinx. This warrants a medical and neurological workup including cervical and thoracic mri.

Yes for incontinence: Hydrocephalus commonly causes urinary incontinence, but the diarrhea would be difficult to attribute to hydrocephalus.
