Have answered: I have answered this elsewhere but the answer is a very definite yes. There have been numerous studies showing the benefit of cognitive behavioral therapies for a wide variety of chronic conditions including chronic fatigue and fibromyalgia. It is unfortunate that these therapies are not used more often.
