Anovulatory bleed?: When your period doesn't come regularly, it may mean that you did not ovulate (produce an egg) and that will make your period less predictable. This can happen occasionally and be perfectly normal so if not pattern develops, i think you are ok. Pregnancy can also present as abnormal bleeding pattern, so you may want to re check a preg test in a few weeks to make sure.
