I have had a little rasp in my lung when i cough and i've had it for about 3years i have had a xray on my lungs and it came back with nothing?

Need further testing: I would see a pulmonologist for further work up which may include a ct scan of the chest, which looks at the lumg tissue better and a pulmonary function test.
