Can't tell here: You need to see your doc. Crohn's is a serious, chronic boowel disease that can cause a variety of problems, including anemia (iron, b12, folic acid, copper deficiencies, other), inflammation, infection, abnormal bowel connections, liver problems, etc. All of these can cause fatigue and poor appetite. See your doc.

Normal: Unfortunately these are normal symptoms with colitis. However if the lack of hunger continues and you start to lose weight you need to see your physician.

Diet: I think your gut is still messed up. Try probiotics such as kombucha and water kefir. Can make both at home. Also consider gluten and dairy free trial for at least 3 months. Also may have other food intolerances. Avoid sugar and refined carbohydrates. Eat lots of organic vegetables. Drink lots of water. May need to check thyroid also.
