Pain, costip/diarr: Symp crohn's: pain, often (not always) in right lower quadrant, diarrhea (usually, not always), fever (sometimes), weight loss;maybe skin, eye, joint inflam; usually not bleeding. Bowel urgency, diarrhea at night. Signs: maybe tenderness, mass, rash, arthritis; anemia often ibs: pain, altered bowel habits, pain often relieved by bm, often diarrhea alt w/constipation; no fever, joint, etc; usually no symp at nt.
