No: Skinny people may live longer. Just eat right. Good fats such as olive oil and coconut oil are fine in sensible amounts. Eat a rainbow of organic vegetables and 4 oz protein with every meal. Eat complex carbohydrates, avoid sugars and limit flour products. Pour 1 tbsp olive oil over your food. Exercise.
